About Me

I’ve built this system with one goal in mind: results.

When you’re working with people facing life-threatening conditions, hormone collapse, or skin and hair issues that impact their self-worth, nothing else matters. I knew this had to be comprehensive—not because I’m perfect—but because people deserve answers that actually work.

What I love most about this approach is that it’s not just about “fixing problems.” The same protocols that help people reclaim their health also tend to unlock the highest version of their physical self—clear skin, vibrant energy, better sleep, confidence in their body. Whether you're in survival mode or chasing longevity and vitality, this framework was built to support you.

I won’t pretend it’s easy. But if you’re here, that already says something.

Something in you knows you’re capable of more. Of healing. Of evolving. Of showing up for your life differently—if your body is given the right conditions.

You don’t have to follow everything perfectly. You’re allowed to take what serves you and leave what doesn’t. But if you want to feel your best for as long as possible, I’d encourage you to go all in—even if it’s just for a short season. The shifts that are possible in even 30 to 90 days can be life-changing.

The System

This isn’t about chasing symptoms.

It’s about creating the kind of internal environment where your body does what it’s designed to do—regenerate, recalibrate, and thrive.

The medical model waits until things are bad enough to label, medicate, or cut. If the symptoms go away, you're in remission. If they come back, they’ll give you a new name for it.

That’s not what I’m doing here.

This system looks at the whole picture—physical, energetic, emotional, environmental—and helps you support the root systems that influence all of it. Yes, we can inherit stressors. Yes, we can be born with burdens. But I don’t believe anyone is “broken beyond repair.”

My Story

I’m not a doctor. I’m 26 years old.

I dropped out of college with a 2.0 GPA, was chasing music, and barely went to class. But during that time, I discovered I had a brain wired for obsession, systems, and truth—when it’s something that actually matters to me.

In 2022, I lost my sister and my dog—both seemingly healthy—to sudden, aggressive cancer. At the same time, I watched my partner wrestle with long-term autoimmune issues, offered only expensive pharmaceuticals that would suppress her immune system for the rest of her life.
